Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to support our business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape JET’s journey to expanding 5G at sea.
The role will be flexible depending on the skills and experience of the person joining the team. It is more important to us to find the right person than the job title so please reach out and have a chat with us!
The BD team at JET looks after everything from marketing, PR, and early engagement to bid and proposal writing, to closing sales and signing contracts. We also get involved in project delivery with things like market research, user requirements, and report writing. So there will be plenty of variety to the role!

As we grow there will be plenty of opportunity for career and role development, and due to being an SME there will always be a chance to work on new skills as we work together and support each other as a team.
This role will also involve some UK and international travel.
Required Skills and Experience
Desired Experience
Experience in maritime and/or telecommunications sectors
Salary Range: £35-40k
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: Ideally based in Farnborough with some flexibility for hybrid working. Will also require some travel for meetings and events, both in the UK and internationally.
Reporting: This role will report to the Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing
